At Oaklands Street Community Gardens, we believe strong communities grow through meaningful connections. We are proud to partner with local businesses, service providers, schools, community organisations, and volunteers who share our vision of creating an inclusive, welcoming, and sustainable space for everyone. These partnerships help us expand opportunities, support community wellbeing, and create projects that bring people together, strengthening the bonds that make our neighbourhood thrive.
OUR PARTNERS
Queensland Water and Land Carers works with us to care for the land, waterways and the community that uses it. It's our goal in our partnership to improve the soil and health of the plants in our care.
Redland City Council supports the gardens though the use of space, and regular delivery's of mulch which we turn into biodynamic composts for our gardens, potting mix and seed raising mixes for our nursery
We love sharing the garden space and knowledge with the participants from My Horizons. They are valuable members of our garden community.
Our Garden is part of the Redlands Edible Garden Trail event in 2027, show casing the edible garden styles and techniques across our community.
Bendigo Bank supports our garden though grants and as part of the Bayside Community Fund Raffle.
Boococks proudly offer a superior selection of grass-fed, free-range, and organic meats, ensuring you receive the finest quality. Boocock Capalaba supports our community garden though the purchase of our organically grown herbs
